Ok so when I go into a town or any other location where Zombies would normally spawn, There is only one standing in the same place not moving. You can go up to the zombie and it will not attack you are move at all. You can whack it with a axe and it will die, but even if you hit it once it still will not come at you or move.

I've had a similar issue that may be worth mentioning here; while the zombies have responded to me, there seem to be very few of them. In 2+ hours playing the game I think I saw four zombies, total, despite visiting several towns and one city area. Food/item spawns seem to be very few and far between as well.

I agree i saw like 3 zombie since i started playing, and i played like 4 server wich i died from exhaustation,thirst and hunger. The map feel realy empty not only because of the zombie but from items too.

According to Dean Hall this is not a bug. Currently, the spawn rate is very low to stabilize server performance.
