Any form of anti-infantry explosives, such as bounding mines or grenades, do not injure or kill infantry that is mounted in a vehicle but exposed.
For example when the infantry is turned out, in FFV, or even when simply exposed.

Create vehicle that would not be affected against aper mines/bounding mines/grenades. Vehicles where only wheels get damaged are fine.
Create infantry team and mount all in vehicle. Force them to turn out/ffv/become exposed.
Throw/drop grenades on top of exposed crew or enter vehicle as driver, turn out, and drive over minefield.
Everyone is just fine.
Attached is a video below I recorded when I first noticed this issue. Although the vehicle is not a vanilla Arma vehicle, the result is the same. I suspect that all explosive do not damage players but vehicles instead.
Expected result is infantry death or injury.

Possible resolution would be to introduce fragmentation for explosives.
