High Command units are unusable in the current Release Candidate. When units are added to High Command, they are unable to be given waypoints, or be visible on the map as a High Command unit. They appear as a controllable unit when switching to High Command control, but they are unable to be...controlled. When I dropped to current stable version, High Command is able to be used as normal.

Steps To Reproduce
Place unit, place group, place High Command Commander and High Command Subordinate modules, sync up properly, and have fun not being able to tell them where to go.
