You can not trigger the NVG when you are clinging to a ladder.

When you are climbing a vertical ladder, you can not turn on or off the NVG.

SnakePlissken set Reproducibility to Always.

SnakePlissken set Severity to None.

SnakePlissken set Resolution to Open.
