I don't want to question design choices, but I am wondering why you changed from Purista? It was a very nice font, quite futuristic, matched Arma near future period pretty well. The new one really doesn't do the trick?

we hope to resolve some issues related to the old font by this step. It was for example hard to distinguish some letters and numbers in the old font.
