Vehicles explode after being spawned

Description

Some days ago i uploaded DCG to a dedicated server. DCG uses Tonic's VVS to spawn vehicles right at a marker. Today there was some weird behaviour at the vehicle spawn. After all debugging it seems like there is something stuck right at the spawn marker which only vehicles can collide with. Without being inside a vehicle one can run right through that obstacle (PhysX?) [screenshot 1]. Driving a vehicle you will collide to an invisible obstacle, which seems to be some desynced bounding box of an absent vehicle.

start mission on a persistent server
spawn vehicles (no explosions)
leave server
join server
spawn vehicles (explosions - sometimes)

maybe there are some other players needed to create this bug

Additional Information

that obstacle cannot be detected using nearObjects or nearEntities
guaranteedUpdates not set in server config
mods=@CBA_A3;@BWA3;@Ace;@task_force_radio;@JS_JC_FA18;
the problem seems to be local to the client, as some players are able to spawn vehicles, while others arent
