Can't change the volume of my single player character voice without changing volume of all effects
Acknowledged, WishlistPublic

Description

The volume of my own (vanilla arma3 single player) character voice seems to be included in the "effects" volume slider, rather than the Radio Chatter slider, or having its own slider.

Therefore I can't lower it's volume without lowering all effects, which I don't want to do.

To be clear, I'm talking about the volume of the voice I hear when I give commands to my own squad members, e.g., "Team Blue, Get Down".

NOTE - I am NOT talking about PITCH of voice.

Steps To Reproduce

Run Arma 3, play single player game where you command squad members. Issue commands to them. Hear the volume of your own players voice. Then go to config menus for audio, and try to lower just your character voice without affecting effects volume or radio chatter volume.

This is something that was reported long time ago - We need to get control of dialogs speaken in the game (non-radio) beacuse i cant hear dialogs almost at all (friendly characters) till i volume up the main effects, but then all fight sounds are pain to my ears.
