All of a sudden I have loaded up Arma 3 to play some single player and my A and D button do not work, I can not strafe left or move backwards without holding shift at the same time, this is the same when in a parachute or driving a car.
I have reinstalled the game and changed profile; I am able to bind Strafe and Backwards to my mouse buttons or any other buttons but it is very akward. I could not find any other people with this problem. Please help.
Your problem is lightly sayed "strange" ;) . Until Bohemia reply to you i recomend go to Control Panel > Access Settings (man on the wheelchair) > Center of Access settings > Make using keyboard easier (or something like that with keyboard icon - i use Polish language) ), now disable all options, enter all sub-options and disable them as well. Apply, check if that works. BTW when did it start? Is this happening in other games?
Okay I fixed it, and now I feel stupid; An app called Raptur was running in the background, it was messing with bindings in arma and made A and D into record and screenshot buttons for some reason. Sorry :3
Raptur? Raptor - its app from AMD installed with drivers... Yeah no problem - Moderators - please close.
