Unable to turn character while moving with aiming deadzone set to 100%

Description

With the aiming deadzone set to 100% (looking down the weapon sights) you cannot turn your characters direction while walking & running.
As you reduce the sensitivity slider the character gradually gains movement relative to the the sliders position.

Test revealed with the slider set to...
0% = fast (normal) turning
50% = sluggish turning
100% = no turning
