addMagazineTurret command generates annoying buzz sound when vehicle has no magazines

Description

In my mission, whenever a player creates a vehicle I remove all magazines and add back only specific type and number of magazines back.

After patch 1.52 an annoying buzzing sound is played at the same time as the regular magazine loading sound.

It seems to only happen when all magazines for a weapon have been removed.

I've noticed this anoying buzz sound also occurs when vehicle weapon is being reloaded.
