every time i try to load, save as, or save the game crashes instantly and gives me a config : some input after EndOfFile error. It does it in vanilla and modded missions. I've already reinstalled the dev branch and it does not do it in the 2d editor. {F27128}

Try to make the crash happen
Look into crashdump folder
Upload crashdump with latest date in name (crashdump is rpt + bidmp + mdmp file with same name). Please try to provide as many crashdumps as possible, it helps us investigating the problem in a big way.
