What update? You've got 1.50, there wasnt any newer updates. It must be steam workshop.

See screenshots - something is trying to install but never does. I don't recall ever selecting 12Gb of workshop addons so don't know what that is about. The small 200Kb install never completes from Disk. Is there any action i can take to uninstall the files as one must be corrupt.
