I have aquired a load of backpacks and even a static weapon during scouting. All these items are available in the large crate in the armoury. During the mission briefing when I go to equip myself and my squad none of these items appear.

This dramatcally reduces the amount of ammo my squad can bring in to the mission and prevents the player using acquired static weapons
