getBoolean

• for returning a boolean config value
• addition to the getArray etc family..

Dunno if there's some technical issue preventing these but always found it odd that these were missing from these command families. There are some boolean config values around that aren't shown by the config viewer, assuming the absence of these commands is the reason..
