Command to query clients latency (ping)

Description

I am not aware of any method (without extensions) to query a clients ping in a MP session.

It would be handy to know the latency of a particular client, for scripting purposes.

Example.

In Curated scenarios (Zeus), it is quite bad to have a curator with a high ping.

AI spawned on a client with high ping, those AI are subject to network traffic. A player can shoot this AI and it won't react until the packets have been sent to the Curators machine.

Having used Zeus on servers around the world, I have spawned AI with my 400 ping, and watched players dump magazines into that unit and it not register the damage right away.

I would like to allow international clients on the server from around the world, but I would like to require my Curators to have low latency.
