Arma lags/fps drops/slutters/works worse after recent updates.
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

Problems started since updates from June. Arma slutters/lags even on the editor in Altis/Stratis with preety good PC specs, when it was 70 fps on MP 80 people server, without any slutters, now it's 30-45 fps with huge drops. Altis is completely unplayable even on singleplayer/editor, where i've had 35-55 fps on altis life.
Even my old PC could handle Stratis without any drops on multiplayer. What could happen?

My PC specs are:

  • Intel Core i5 4690k 3.5 GhZ (4 cores)
  • AMD Radeon HD 7770 , 1 GB.
  • 8 GB RAM
  • AsRock Z97 Extreme 4 Motherboard
  • 650 W Cooler Master PSU.

Steps i've made:

  1. Checked the game files integrity (no effect)
  2. Completely cleared the game folder from mods (no effect)
  3. Uninstalled every programs/mod downloaders/launchers (no effect)
  4. Updated UEFI (no effect)
  5. Checked temperatures (max. temperature on my CPU was approx. 55 or 60 deegrees)
  6. Completely uninstalled graphic drivers and installed them again (there, from 14 fps on stratis in editor to nearby 50)
  7. Updated motherboard/cpu drivers/maganers (NO EFFECT)
  8. Turned off/ uninstalled one Anti-Virus software (no effect)
  9. Lowered all settings to the lowest (no effect)
  10. Used all optimisation tweaks and advanced startup settings (no effect)
  11. Downgraded drivers from 15.7 to 14.12( on these drivers that ive had very good performance ) (no effect)

What wrong could have happened? That also happens in ARMA 2, althrough the FPS are better in arma 2 then in arma 3, the game still horribly slutters. I haven't tested it in DayZ yet. Comparing to other games, these are working fine

And - I forgot the most important thing - how Can I fix that?

There are no actions and decisions capable to change Arma3 logs after updating 1.48. That more intersno. Everything cannot be tried DEV of the version as the DEV servers are not presented widely, and on them nobody plays. It does not allow to predict emergence of such updatings as 1.48.
