"Dwarden, I visited a Breaking Point Server, Altis Map. Cloud setting was on Ultra. There were just a few clouds, pretty sharp edges, and a lot of that grey on the horizon. After changing cloud quality settings to something else and back, I had full and nice cloud coverage."
