Description

I always get this error the first time I try to run arma everyday. I can launch arma then join my RP server, then less than 5 minutes after I join that server I get this error: DX11 error : buffer Map failed : DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED. I have tried looking through forums and tried to solve this but every solution doesn't work. I can launch arma again after this error and it works fine but the first time I play arma per day it does this error and makes my whole pc freeze for like 5-10 min

Hello, does this happen on all servers or just modded ones?

I can try to see if this happens on all servers but right now its just modded ones that I know of. I will check right now

The last 2 mods I am using are from an RP server that are custom. I found that the only way to fix this was to reupdate my gpu drivers everytime I start my pc, which is really annoying.

All of these mods are from the Critical Gaming Repo on Arma 3 Sync and the url to that is: http://74.91.121.26/download/.a3s/autoconfig

This is an heavy problem V1.48, windows 10. GTX970, no shadowPlay, no mods.

Playing on servers, it crashes from time to time, from several minutes to more than one hour of gaming.
But rignt now, I just had this shit looking at the config viewer from editing a mission with one unit (player) placed. What heavy environment!

Please fix, constant since 1.48 for me as well. All Nvidia, had it happen on my GTX 670 and now on my 980 TI.

Disabling all Shadowplay features fixes it. As soon as Shadowplay is enabled, my game / computer crashes. Only happens in Arma and only since 1.48

If you read me, I mentioned a crash without any shadowPlay. Don't say you fix everything with that!
