Install kju's Blitzkrieg Random SP scenario from Steam Workshop:

No modification of capture points necessary. Start it and after it loaded try to move.

Fireball set Category to Game Crash.

Fireball set Reproducibility to Always.

Fireball set Severity to None.

Fireball set Resolution to Open.
