bis_fnc_ambientflyby incompatible with planes

Description

This function seems to work properly only with helicopters.
Planes are spawned correctly however they are just standing still in the air and they inevitably stall and crash.
It would be nice if this function allowed to spawn also planes for low flybys.
Or even better maybe you could add a parameter to set the initial speed of the spawned vehicle to make the transition smoother.
Right now when a helicopter is spawned it's just standing still midair.

use the function to spawn whichever plane you want
witness as it crashes and explodes into a huge fireball
