Currently dead players/AI ragdoll.
Unconscious players don't ragdoll - and this breaks immersion because you can instantly distinguish between dead vs. unconscious units. This handicaps any medic system that might ever exist because you acquire a visual feedback that shouldn't be available.
Simplest solution would be to add a command like "_unit forceRagdoll false;" that allows disabling ragdoll and limiting to a number of available dead/unconscious animations.
A better solution would be to enable ragdolls for unconscious units but one can dream...
