I've purchased the Arma 3 Marksmen DLC. However, the game still believes I do not own the content. It shows that I've purchased Karts and Arma 3 Helicopters, but not Marksmen or the DLC bundle. I've double checked that I own the DLC Bundle on the steam store.
Swift correction would be much appreciated, as I'm trying to make a showcase for the new features.

All the new rifles and outfits were usable for me.
The only item I can't use in my test mission was the remote designator (backpack). You only can assamble the thing but can't connect.
But you can use the remote designator in the Virtual Arsenal (Learn->Arsenal) without restriction.
My game also nags about the need to purchase the Marksmen DLC, but I can still use the new rifles in a quick mission made in editor. I also own the Arma 3 DLC Bundle.
If you assemble the Laser Designator and scroll wheel to "Connect terminal to UAV", you can access it that way. You cannot connect through the terminal though.
That's because the marksman DLC has not been released yet. Therefore you cannot own it.
I know you can try out some of the stuff in dev branch but that is not an official version of the game.
I think that's how the previous stuff was released. They should think of adding a note to that effect in the game to save the confusion.
I did get to use the Laser Designator though.

When I lazed the target the plane fired it's missile but instead of hitting my target it hit me and I lost the ability to do anything I was locked in the Designator.
