Please grant access to the "audiomaps" via script commands

Description

You've been talking about how there is an audio map generated for each map.
This enables the engine to know if the player is in e.g. "100% Houses" or "56% forest", stuff like that.

It'd be splendid if we would get a way to use these soundmaps.
We could check if the player is within an urban area without having to check for how many buildings are around him first.

I searched for "Soundmap", haha.
