Units not local to locality is causing massive FPS/CPS drop. For example, if I have 640 AI on dedicated server (7FPS) and join a HC, the HC runs at 4 FPS even though nothing should be simulating on the HC.
Transferring AI to the HC results in 7FPS server/7FPS HC. Time and time again, the HC runs better with AI simulating on it then remote.
To cease whatever is simulating (I think it may be PhysX as http://feedback.arma3.com/view.php?id=18451) one can enablesimulation false any units remote to locality.
