Game crashes: Maxwell, NATO training
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

When I try to load the Mission Maxwell in the campaign, the game crashes with a windows message "Arma 3 not responding"
The same issue occurs when I try to load the NATO training mission from "Ukazky"
Also, the same issue occurs when I play "Firefight on Stratis 2" (the convoy ambush) from Arma 3 workshop - the mission loads, but when the first convoy truck appears (probably arrives at a mine), the game crashes.
It seems, that the game crashes in the event of too many graphical effects (explosions, fire, ...)

It is very unlikely, that it has anything to do with my HW. I have recently upgraded my computer - the only components, that stayed were harddisks (with Arma3 installed). Exactly the same issue happened on my legacy computer as is happening on my current HW.

The same issue happens, when I try to load the CSAT and AAF missions from "Ukazky" as well and probably it happens in a lot of other missions.

I have played "Combined Arms" from "Ukazky" and the first missions from campaing (including the prologue) without issue.

Hello,
Thank you for reporting the issue.
We need crash dump files from this folder to analyze your problem.
C:\Users\<Name>\AppData\Local\Arma 3\
Can you upload somewhere in winrar package, please?
Archive smaller than 5000 KB can be attached directly to the ticket. For bigger archives, please use some free sharing service and post link here.

How to find correct crashdump file:
Try to make the crash happen
Look into crashdump folder
Upload crashdump with latest date in name (crashdump is rpt + bidmp + mdmp file with same name). Please try to provide as many crashdumps as possible, it helps us investigating the problem in a big way.

Thank you.

Hello,
Thank you for a quick answer. I am on a business trip right now without access to my computer. I will upload the files as soon as I return (by the end of the week).

No worries, crashes won't run anywhere :)

Have you downloaded the files? Could you find out what is wrong?
