Game crash to desktop in the "destroy mortar" mission
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

Hello,

Every time I play the mission "destroy mortar" in episode 2, the game crash to desktop just before coming close to the mortar and destroy it.
I tried to replay the mission but the problem occured again.
I tried to clean the game cache from Steam, but same problem.
I tried to update graphic driver, but same problem.

I don't know why it is happening as I haven't got any crash when playing other Arma 3 missions or in multiplayers mode.

Can you please help me ?

Hello,
Thank you for reporting the issue.
We need crash dump files from this folder to analyze your problem.
C:\Users\<Name>\AppData\Local\Arma 3\
Can you upload somewhere in winrar package, please?
Archive smaller than 5000 KB can be attached directly to the ticket. For bigger archives, please use some free sharing service and post link here.

How to find correct crashdump file:
Try to make the crash happen
Look into crashdump folder
Upload crashdump with latest date in name (crashdump is rpt + bidmp + mdmp file with same name). Please try to provide as many crashdumps as possible, it helps us investigating the problem in a big way.

Thank you.

Hello Iceman,

Integrity of the game cache has already been checked before opening this case but problem has not been solved.
Should I perform a new integrity cache verification ?

Edit : I successfully performed a new data integrity check -> same problem on game. You will find in attachment a new crash dump.

Hello Iceman,

Do you have any update regarding my problem ?
