Steps To Reproduce

Set Playerable spawn in Kavala and or Teleport to it. For the purpose of this test I was at the cross roads at the following lat/long 034131.

Look at the vehicle you'll see a 20 fps drop.
Enter the vehicle, you'll see a 30 fps drop.

Additional Information

I'm running an i7 4930k @ 4.5ghz, and two GTX 680s' in SLI.

I've also been testing with several vehicles such as the hatchback C_Hatchback_01_F. The FPS drop is slightly worse however.
Overall I've tried several vehicles the problem seems wide spread. Thanks.
Mini-FPS graph also attached, first level point (no vehicles spawned in sight).
Second smaller drop is looking at the vehicles.
Third LARGER drop is inside the vehicles.

Well, I know that you get a huge frame drop in vehicles because of PiP.
I don't get an FPS drop when looking at vehicles or while in third person when in a vehicle. I do get 10+ FPS drop when inside a vehicle in first person.
Is it the same for you?

Hi again,

I've confirmed that completely disabling PIP removes these huge FPS drops. Thank-you both for the comments, something for you to assign now Dwarden :=)

I have a feeling, this can't be fixed.
Wouldn't they have done so already, if it was possible?
