Hello, thank you for the report,
could you please try to generate more crashdumps? There is a serious issue inside which we cannot currently localise. Thank you very much.

Hello Trev,
we are sorry you are experiencing issues with our game.
First of all please make sure that you are running a latest version of the game. Current version of the game is 1.58 (1.60 for the RC branch).
Are you running any mods? If so please try to disable them. Should the problem occur again, please export your crashdump files.
The mdmp + rpt + bidmp files should be located in this directory:
<drive>:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Arma 3
After that please create a new ticket for your issue.
To do that, click on the PLUS symbol in the upper left corner of the screen and select New Arma 3 Bug. Fill in all the important information (when does the crash happen, game version, SP or MP, action you need to perform to reproduce the crash...) and the crashdump files.
Attach the generated and ZIPed files into the Additional Info box (simply drag and drop the zip file into the text box). If the files are too big please use some free file sharing service (e.g. Dropbox).
Thank you
I have an issue I cant start up Arma 3 and there is no way to find the Addon A3_Amins_f_Mark, A3_Amins_f_Heli, etc etc. please help
Hello,
please try to make sure to verify integrity of your game cache through steam
How to do it: Steam > Arma 3 > right-click > Properties > Local Files tab > Verify Integrity of Game Cache
If this does not help, please create a new ticket for your issue and make sure to describe the problem properly and try to include your crashdumps or at least RPT file. You should be able to find them in this directory
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Arma 3
Thank you
