Steps To Reproduce
Strip the initial magizine from HMG (opfor).. place blufor soldier on the map (anywhere) have the opfor HMG reload to fire at a target.

Only applies to linux dedicated servers. Cant seem to reproduce on windows machines
Sample mission, activate 0-0-1 before the Wipeout reachs the airport on stratis to have the HMG spawn and reload. It also has a tendancy to apply to tanks/apc and or artillery as well.
