Game crashing from using 100% CPU

Description

My game will always crash when I join a server. The error is either APPcrash or BEX. The game crashes whenever I enter the server browser or when I join a friend through steam and try to connect to the server. When I join through steam, my game doesn't crash until I click okay and then it crashes in the loading screen. When I open the server browser, several servers appear then the game freezes and crashes while trying to load more servers or when I try to edit my filter settings. Task manager tells me that my ARMA 3 is using 100% of my CPU every time it crashes. It does not crash in single-player.

Open the server browser by hitting Play, then going to multiplayer. Or by joining a friend through steam and hitting okay

Additional Information

Nothing I have tried has helped with the crashing (running in compatibility mode, changing video settings, validating files, reinstalling, ect.)

Hello,
Thank you for reporting the issue.
We need crash dump files from this folder for solve your problem.
C:\Users\<Name>\AppData\Local\Arma 3\
Can you upload somewhere in winrar package please?
When the archive is smaller than 5000k, you can attach it here. When it is bigger, please use some free sharing service and post link here.

How to find correct crashdump file:
Try to make the crash happen
Look into crashdump folder
Upload crashdump with latest date in name (crashdump is rpt + bidmp + mdmp file with same name). Please try to provide as many crashdumps as possible, it helps us investigating the problem in a big way.
