task state Succeded not working

Description

I was wdoing the fininshing touches on a 5 task mission. and was testing it. 4 of the 5 missions/tasks would update as succeded when the success crtiera was met. ie blow up both trucks. however the 5th one didnt at all despite numerous ways around the problem. inc order of synching. i have tried on a clear map a simple task. of a player walking into an area. again same result

Steps To Reproduce

place a blufor player model.
set a trigger just in front of the player. the trigger is to fire off when it recognises the presence of blufor and therefore completing the misson. i put a hint in the act box so i know it has recognised the player
place a task set to all playable chracters asking the to move foward
place a task state succeeded marker down
link from trigger to task state and then task state to the task set.

Additional Information

the 5th task i set was literally the last task i had set up.
on the same mission map i wiped it out including all objects to do with that mission and created another differant task elswhere on the map. same result.
the hint fires off every time and i have the task description in diary/map which leads me to think it a task state issue

found the problem the "Task ID" must be used
