TerrainBUILDER.exe : gdalExtensionsd.dll is missing

Description

After last updating ARMA 3 TooLS to dev version, when i try to launch TerrainBuilder.exe, i got the message :

"The program can't start because gdalExtensionsd.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

I only have gdalExtensions.dll WITHOUT the letter D on the end

I think the program is looking for gdalExtensions.dll
They just miss spelled it...
Even if you rename it, you end up with the same error, except it's MSVCP110D.dll.
