Normally, for all sailors or pilots, even guys watching for met, a North wind is supposed to blow FROM North.
In A3, wind direction is a simple vector for effects "pushing to" its direction.
i.e. NE wind is blowing from 045 and smoke trail must go to 225.

windir vector should operate in opposite direction of wind.
