Arma 3 Launcher says "Steam is in offline mode"

Description

When i try to launch the game through Launcher it it says that steam is in ofline mode and when i launch the game it just crashes

It on dev branch and normal branch i happends

could you please try to disable Use Account settings and restart your computer to see if the problem disappears?

Well i tried that and still the same problem in dev branch and normal

Mass-closing all resolved issues not updated in the last month.
