Recently, the runways gained "R" and "L" markings for easier ATC instruction for landing. This is a much welcomed improvement, but unfortunately it doesn't work.
When seen from far away (not very far, only ~30m), the textures revert to their low LOD which hasn't been updated yet.
On the North-east end of the runways, the low LOD texture actually has its markings in entirely different places; it shows the runway as starting right at the end, whereas the high LOD texture has the arrows designating the end.

Steps To Reproduce
- Become zeus or open the Splendid camera.
- Move close to the northeast end of the runways.
- Move the camera away from and then toward the runway.
- Notice the textures awkwardly switching

Issue is presumably due to inconsistent textures used on object models vs satmat. Uploaded images to clarify (graphics settings are irrelevant), taken in dev build 1.53.132850
