I'm porting over a vehicle that has VTOL capabilities.
This vehicle has exhausts that change direction when it switches from normal flight to vertical flight and vice versa.
Vertices for exhaust effects (smoke and blur) are connected to the nozzles so that they follow them when they transition from one position to the other.
What happens is that the exhaust effects keep staying horizontal regardless of exhaust position as if their position and direction don't get updated.

Steps To Reproduce
Link exhaust pos and dir vertices to a moving part in your cfgSkeleton.
When the vertices are supposed to move along with the other moving part they don't.
