Inconsistent damage since version 1.22

Description

Ever since version 1.22 launched, I have been noticing strange issues related to weapon damage. Primarily, that all guns take many more rounds to kill than they used to.
5.56 rounds are hideously weak now, with as many as 6-8 rounds required to kill targets.
Even the Mk.18ABR often takes more than one shot to kill, even with headshots at extremely close range.

Additionally, such things seem to be quite random, one bullet dropping this unit, but half a mag required for another. See video for details.

This video addresses another issue at the very end, related to weapon sound. Disregard this, only the shot counting is important.

I am using very minimal mods, but I'll give it a shot; another mod of mine was broken by the update so that may be the case.

it seems this issue was caused by a mod. close please.
