I have a Saitek X-65F and it is working fine mostly, although i can't seem to find a way how to set up the throttle properly.
In the most games it is pretty easy to set up, although Arma 3 Recognizes it to have a + and - direction on that axis, which makes middle setting (50% Throttle) act like 0 Throttle.
There should be a way to make the Throttle be in sync with the vehicle's throttle.
It's not that comfortable to fly like this because as soon as i get below the 50% throttle the game recognizes it as - throttle which makes the Helicopter go down VERY fast.

I have the same problem. Had to reconfigure my hardware with external software so that the "zero force" point moves from the center off. The '+ axis' is now very wide, the '- axis' is very small. See below:
