Your rpt says that you run your Arma with:
-malloc= -CpuCount=0 -ExThreads=0 -maxmem=2047 -maxVRAM=0 "-par=E:\Steam\steamapps\common\Arma 3\parfile.par" -ShowScriptErrors -nosplash -nopause
Would it be possible to delete all this parameters from the shortcut you are running Arma with?

ill try running like that but this error was a one off and has not happened again yet but i will try with no parameters
