Multiplayer freezes every time I click multiplayer
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

I just got the game and I can play the campaign fine, but when I click on multiplayer, it goes to the load screen and freezes. I then have to completely turn off my computer because it just doesn't work. I try to exit out of the game and go to desktop but it won't let me move my mouse about the bottom row that tells you what you have open. I saw on the steam forum that somebody had the same problem but the suggested fix didn't work. What was suggested was that I download the new version of battleye and it should work. But it didn't work. Please help.

Hello,
Thank you for reporting the issue.
We need crash dump files from this folder for solve your problem.
C:\Users\<Name>\AppData\Local\Arma 3\
Can you upload somewhere in winrar package please?
When package will be smaller than 5000k, you can attach it here. When package is bigger, please use some free sharing service and post link here.

How to find correct crashdump file:
Try to make the crash happen
Look into crashdump folder
Upload crashdump with latest date in name (crashdump is rpt + bidmp + mdmp file with same name)

Thank you.

Hello,

sorry but I had to delete your comment. You can attach it as a file, not copy its content here (it makes really messy immersion). Also, would it be possible to look for the whole crashdumps (crashdump is rpt + bidmp + mdmp file with same name)?

If you're struggling with attaching files here, please use some free service, such as Mega.co.nz or similar.

Thank you very much.
