During both multiplayer, the game will randomly freeze, including my whole computer, resulting in me having to restart my PC. It happens at random intervals, it could be half an hour into an operation, or ten minutes after starting.

thank you for uploading the ticket. However, we cannot determine what exactly caused your game to crash. It is necessary you tried to run your Arma without any mods. If the crashes still happen then, please send another crashdumps (crashdump is rpt + bidmp + mdmp file with same name).
If the crashes stop (on Arma without mods), please try to activate mods one by one until you find out which one causes the crashes.
Mods are not official content from Bohemia Interactive and it is very likely that the CTDs you are experiencing are caused by collisions between two or more mods.

same problem persisted through an entire new pc build besides graphics cards ( 2gtx 670 4gb vram ). Also have same profile on arma 3 so i don't lose my lvl on koth.
