What: Add a function to drag stacks of items when managing inventory.

Why: Some vehicles come with their own inventories. If you want to put things of your own choosing into them, you have to take things out...One item at a time -- Which is especially tedious considering the amount of items they usually hold (I'm talking about MRAP's right now). This could be handy in other situations too.

How: Add an alternator key to drag entire stacks or to prompt you for a number of items to move upon "dropping" the items in the desired new location.
