Bring back the Inventory in MP briefing screens

Description

Currently inventory is available during SP briefings, but not in MP briefings. Having it back in MP will open up a lot more possibilities for mission design.

Additionally, swapping gear pre-mission is not possible without it, and it is impossible to even see what gear you have before you are in the mission.
