Zeus objectives

When on a dedicated server and a objective is placed by Zeus, all players are able to spawn on the objectives. This is very annoying when players start completing the objective and killing everything before anyone else that has spawned at an actual spawn point gets there.

The objectives I found that cause this issue are Protect, Neutralize, and Move. I have not yet tried others.

Steps To Reproduce

1 - Start mission

2 - Place down spawn point

3 - place down an objective I've mentioned

4 - Get a player to re spawn

5 - Players will then be able to spawn on those placed objectives
