Steps To Reproduce
Create a multiplayer item with 2 or more playable units on same group and one Create diary record module selected on "all playable units", then change description.ext and set respawn = 4. If you play as leader you get double entry diary record, else if you play as other unit then only get a normal single entry.

Ok there is no problem, here's the file. Play it on multiplayer and select the leader then you can see duplicate text on diary entry (title and description duplicated). If you play as other player then the diary show right. If you change the respawn from 4 to 0 on description.ext then all work fine.
