TO-199 Neophron HE & AP rockets fire from the same tube

Description

Pretty self explanatory, both the HE and AP rockets (Antipersonnel? Who knows) fire from the same rocket pod when fired. This is probably easy to fix.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Get in a TO-199 and fly.
  1. Get in 3rd person, and switch to HE rockets.
  1. Fire an HE rocket, then switch to AP and fire a rocket. It's the same tube! The other tube never gets used.
