Editor-placed hospital building causes extreme framerate drop and visually glitches

Description

In one of my recent Team Death Match missions, I decided to place a hospital as one of the main buildings for combat. For whatever reason, it must be placed in 3 parts. I was able to do so, making the parts seamlessly attach. (I used Lynx's Object Positioning System). However, whenever a player is inside or even looking at the hospital they say they get extreme frame lag. I never got this hosting the server, so I joined someone else's hosting of it and I had the same problem. From what it looks like to me, the windows have some sort of texture glitch, and rapidly pop between two textures.

Note, that I have a high-ish quality machine (Intel i5 4670k, GeForce 760).

Hospital windows have serious z-fighting issues, especially noticeable from far away. Upvoted

Hello,

we were unable to reproduce the problem. No FPS drops/visual troubles when in or near the hospital.

Can you please confirm that the problems still persist?
