Create a unit, select the unit, attempt to place a waypoint onto a tower or vehicle.

Additional Information

Not really sure if there is a certain combination of buttons to press to give these special orders.

Place a waypoint on the building and raise it to desired height (drag it whih Alt held). If it's on a floor, AI will try to get there.
