Horrible AI pathfinding with "doMove" [VIDEO]

Description

If you order AI to move to a position with "doMove" it often fails to recognise that it needs to go up stairs to get there. As a result it will walk and stand under the target position, often ignoring the walls like on the attached picture.

create civ unit call it bob
go to some structure that has stairs and execute:

bob domove position player;
