I noticed this on Maxwell mission after it was attacked. Only once out of 4 times I tried this the rain was normal, the other times it was black blocks, covering everything I could see, making it impossible to play the mission, I tried Editor and same bug happened, only place that rain appeared normal in the Editor test was when I was standing under a bush, out in the open. {F23145}
